In 2001 he transitioned into the high-end residential market, creating Mitchell Wilk Architecture PC.
He is licensed in NY, CT, MA, PA and NJ, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.

His career began in Boston, MA working for Symmes, Maini & McKee Associates, a large multi-disciplinary firm which designs primarily for the high-technology markets.
He then moved to New York City, joining Brennan Beer Gorman Architects, which specializes in large-scale commercial and hospitality projects around the globe.
In 1998 he entered the high-end residential market, working with Lorie Jones & Assoc. in Greenwich, CT.
Scott joined Mitchell Wilk Architecture in 2003.
